Volunteering

Volunteering with the Durham Symphony Orchestra offers the opportunity to become more engaged with the Symphony and its service to the community. Our volunteers include men, women, and teens from a diverse array of ages and backgrounds. We have a variety of tasks that appeal to varying levels of skill and time commitment.

We value our volunteers. The Durham Symphony recognizes that without our volunteers, we would be unable to create the best concert going experience for our patrons. We also understand that volunteers are instrumental in handling the operations of the DSO and connecting us with the community through promotions and working at community events.

Volunteering with the Durham Symphony Orchestra is a great way to serve your community.
